Cosplay World Masters
Criteria and performance format
The Cosplay World Masters (CWM) 2025 is an international solo competition culminating in finals in Lisbon, Portugal. Participants will present a solo performance lasting no more than two minutes, with their costumes crafted independently. The inclusion of any individuals outside of the eliminations participant (including remote participation) is prohibited. The selected participant from Poland will qualify for the international final.

The scoring breakdown for the competition is as follows:

Costume Evaluation: 60%

Performance Evaluation: 40%
A reserve participant will also be designated. Travel and accommodation expenses to Lisbon for the finalist will be covered as part of the prize.
Participants
To participate in the CWM 2025 eliminations, individuals must:

Be Polish citizens or hold permanent residency in Poland, having resided in Poland for at least three years.

Register for the "Eliminacje do Cosplay World Masters 2025" category.

Be at least 16 years old by the submission deadline. Participants under 18 must provide written consent from parents or guardians.
Costumes
The costume submitted for the CWM eliminations must accurately replicate a character's outfit from any source material, such as animated films, manga, comics, or video games, published domestically or internationally under commercial license. Source material does not have to originate from Japan. Costumes based on fan art or original works published without a commercial license (e.g., solely on platforms like DeviantArt) are not allowed.
Registration
To participate in the competition, registration must be completed via the designated application form linked at the bottom of the event's webpage by November 8, 2024, at 11:59 PM.
